Once shorn, each fleece is laid out and skirted by hand. We remove debris, separate fibres, and carefully assess quality, fineness, strength, and character. Only the very best sections are selected for our pieces—this is where rarity and intention truly begin.
Washing (Scouring) – Revealing the True Fibre
We gently wash each fleece to remove lanolin, dirt, and impurities while preserving the integrity of the fibre. This process is done slowly and thoughtfully to maintain softness, structure, and natural beauty.
Drying & Preparing – Respecting the Fibre’s Nature

Fleeces are air-dried and handled with care to avoid damage or distortion. We honour the natural crimp, texture, and personality of each fibre, allowing it to remain as true to its origin as possible.

From there, we design and create. Whether knitted, woven, or crafted into finished pieces, each item is made individually—never mass produced. We let the fibre guide the process, ensuring every piece is as unique as its origin.
